@hotwheels071 Lassen was awesome. The backcountry is beautiful. The stuff you should pack is based on the time if year you go. The area near and in Lassen can get extremely hot in the summer, and cold in the winter. The best time to go is in the spring, when there is some snow, but it is not too hot or too cold

@TheBuilder65 They showed it again last weekend. I wish I could burn them to DVD but my DVD player doesn't do that, i guess it's because of copyrights or something. I think it's stupid that copyrights keep DVD players from recording, I mean VCR's could record.
lol, yeah I often think the same thing, it seems that there is no-way out of paying 70 bucks for the DVD's. I was in Big Bear CA this past weekend and God how I wish I could live up above the city, I may be city born but how I love to wilderness! Funny how life makes so much more sense among the tress and mountains. I am a craftsman and long for the simple life of building and being a part of a community, not just a part of the daily grind of the city. I hate it..
