Yeah not too much nice gear in pawn shops really. I bought an ensoniq vfxsd in a pawn shop in kalihi for $100 last year, and well, theres GOOD GUYS music in kapahulu, but I cleared them out of all their good rack gear. they sold me a waldorf microwave version 1 rack for $99. so theres some deals here and there but not like on the mainland.

I think no matter WHO sings Bob, people will throw out the word "compare" or "imitate"- be it in the singing, or simple mannerisms.

I've seen hundreds of people sing Bob, and some people are completely different than the original, and some are a carbon copy. You don't need to look far- For example, Ziggy has his own style and spin when he sings a Bob song. However, Julian will copy every mannerism his father had, as well as his singing style.

Thanks! This was with a Panasonic HVX200 shot in 720p 60p, the audio was ran thru a mixer then the output to the camera so most of the work went into the live audio mix. It turned out super clean!

Ahh! We used one some time ago, it's working without tapes! Wasn't impressed at the "capturing speed"! Took almost twice the time we recorded. :D But the picture quality of this cam is brilliant, I'll bet you had low lights, but still it looks crystal clear and no grain. Cry out for some help when (before) you start editing stuff like this. I'm always ready to help out! :D

if you copy the files over usb to a external drive thats also using usb it will take wayy longer than it should.. transfer to the internal hard drive or a firewire so the two usb's dont get in the way..
