True. We run XP Professional SP3 on a Dell Dimension XPS T500 w/500 MHz Pentium III and it is so slow at web browsing. My dad even installed Windows Vista Ultimate on our Dell Dimesnion 4600 w/2.4 GHz Pentium 4 and it ran a little faster than the Dimension XPS T500 for a week, then can the boot error message that never went away. By the way, the hardware isn't shit, it's just outdated.
