The master level Mage stuff is cool looking, but it takes a couple seconds to charge and it still is not as strong as melee attacks when properly smithed, enchanted, and fortified. My Daedric Greatsword does 605 damage per swing plus 29 of shock and 29 of frost damage. That is 663 of damage per swing. But the spells do look awesome visually.

@tensukinogo please help me out i am lvl 53 nord race (i know its bad for mage) an i want to be mage cuz it looks all awesome and powerful but 1. How the hell am i supposed to get that much magicka 2. I hear people saying i need destruction lvl 100 BUT HOW when i cast like fireball or ice pointy thingy not icy spear the other plz help

@mrjappie10 The best mage's in the game have 100 Smithing, 100 Enchanting, and at least 100 Destruction and 100 in another school of magic of your choosing. Once you reach level 100 enchanting (for easy filled soul gems, google Dawnstar secret chest) you can purchase the dual-enchanment perk. With a necklace, ring, helmet, and chest piece... you can achieve up to 100% reduction in spell cost for a school of magic. Literally, allowing you to cast it for free infinitely.

@chaworkman Faralda is a trainer of Destruction magic. Her chambers reside in the Hall of Countenance. You can buy all the good spells from her.

when I cast the spell it will drain my magicka but when all my magicka is depleted I can still cast the spell... is this a glitch or is it suppose to be like that?

@FSDYN3STYFS Lightning Storm requires no Magicka to cast, only Magicka to sustain. That's perfectly normal.

@Admirale11 That's the Jester's Robe from the Dark Brotherhood Questline. I avoided going for the whole "overpowered mage" feel, as every other video I see has Daedric Armor on.

Same, my defence is only 6. I have archmages robes and morokei so ya. I'm only level 14 so I couldn't get daedric anyway. How did you get such high destruction? mine is only 53. I feel like it should be higher for my level. Also, are you other magic skills high too? Mine are all around 20-30.

@lalalahi3 In order to produce all these videos, I had to acquire level 100 in every school of magic. I record all footage on the Xbox 360, so you can imagine it took a bit. However, I used a normal horse on Master difficulty to level destruction.
