I find it insanely unlikely that such a clinic would be in a school. I went to High School during the same years as this supposed woman, but I went to school in a hippie college town in upstate ny. Um I don't think so. Not if they have actually been raised well, starting at the CRADLE, not at 14 when it's too late. It was extremely rare for my peers, even older, to actually have sex. I knew, and so did most of my peers, how serious that was.
I understand that this is MUCH different in the UK. THAT is where there's an actual problem with under-aged sex.

I find it insanely unlikely that such a clinic would be in a school. I went to High School during the same years as this supposed woman, but I went to school in a hippie college town in upstate ny. Other students that I worked in student government with were barred from selling or handing out "condom roses" during the week running up to prom. In the same school where the GSA was one of the largest clubs, and the majority of members were "allies" (I was secretary of it one year).

I remember a time when HS started putting in condom machines. But of course there were some screaming saying, "It's promoting sexual behavior!" Or sex ed classes promote sexual behavior. Teens are going to do it whether you or the school tells them or not. What teens should be understanding is the growing problem of STDs. That's a bigger problem because if you get one you can pass it on to you child. But once again they don't discuss that because it's irrelevant.

The school wanted to give my niece medication. Because they think she has AHDD. Again their assuming too much. The problem is that she's not a full term child. The only thing I could be wrong about is ritalin. So before you just call someone stupid try reading what they say and not take it literally. Try having a decent conversation instead of calling someone an idiot. Try I'm a person against administering that type of drugs in school. I don't trust it. And the system is full of flaws. Your niece's school simply wanted for your family to have her examined to see if she suffered from ADHD, a very real disorder. Correctly identifying this disorder in children is the first step to helping them achieve strong goals.

The nurse's office administered my medication just as it was prescribed to me. I think it was like half a pill after lunch. I wasn't the only one. There were kids getting their medication for all sorts of things, not limited to ritalin, adderall, or concerta.
Who else would administer such a thing after lunch? Are kids supposed to walk around with these drugs, popping them in as needed? That's far more dangerous.
When it comes to BC, the girls at my school just had anal.

Did I say it was freely given? No I did not. I just learned they administered it. My old public school is doing this. Why would kids have free access to it. Of course the only way to get it is through nurses. So my perception isn't wrong. I find it unacceptable that it's allowed. As we were asked should they be allowed to administered to my niece. Because they felt she has ADHD. Which is not true. So if they are offering it it's them saying "can we give it because she's too hyper".
