Illegals do carry tuberculosis, chagas, and other diseases without being screened, more so than in the American citizen population. At 2:14 she makes the classic "box car" reference. The subtext is that anyone who wants immigration laws enforced must be a Nazi (yawn). Talk about demagogeury! First, few Americans are calling for mass deportations but rather to simply secure the border and enforce current immigration law (with this, most illegals will go home on their own ie. self-deport).
