I use hypercam too, just change the settings in the AVIfile (third button on the top from the left). First fill in should be Record: 5 and next is Playback: 37 (or 38 or 36, depends on how fast your PC is).
The other two you should not touch (they should be 1 and 100). That's all.
Btw, by using this you will speed up the track, so you need to record in slow-mo, which you probably were already doing =P
Slow music with the slow recorded track, try make it go faster next time, although you should then also make the track longer. Scenery and track were good though. =]

eeh i cant make the recording faster...hyper cam...and i cant really make long tracks
