  • ur great! an beautiful to. lov the info but all that fiber in the hemp an the goji berries will hav me losing weight. need to gain.. 1gram of fiber equals 4-13 calories passing right through you undigested. no thanks

  • @Vitaminnn07 if you want to gain weight, it's important to exercise with resistance training and eat more grains, protein and healthy fats.

  • How many grams of protein should I be getting a day? I've been doing your 30 day yoga challenge videos, taking about 1 yoga studio class/week and jogging about 12 miles/ week, so should I increase my protein intake.

  • @BerkoKaitlin You can buy it at just about any health food store but I get mine at Smoothie King.

  • The only thing that worries me about some of these superfoods is that they are not farmed, are people are getting them from very fragile natural environements? If so if we all start buying them will this have a big impact? But i am looking for protein supplements since i went veggie, so i will look at the shakes/hemp stuff- thanks!

  • thanks for the info on goodbelly. Stevia is the healthiest sweetener it actually reduces your blood sugar level. Grow the plant and use the leaves or buy the green unprocessed powdered version. A little goes a long way

  • Dashama thank you. Did the Hempseed powder ( they did not have chocolate but the vanilla spice) w/almond milk and the cacao and I added Flaxseed Pomagrante Oil -it was yummy. I think I added a extra bit of Cacao :P it has a slight bitter coffee like taste which is great because I gave up coffee!

  • curious - why 422 in your name? btw pH doesn't really fluctuate in your body owing to carbonic acid buffer (CO2 acid which you breat out to balance change in H+ ions!) blood~ 7.35-7.45; if this changes +- .1 you die! urine pH changes somewhat, mostly due to level of exercise (lactic acid) and diet (protein metabolism; amino acids; uric acid)
