My warranty is almost out. I got it 3 weeks ahead last year. Basically, it was a Christmas present. Like it matters. The only real problem us when the snap thing on the back broke and one of the snaps fell in the handle. I was paranoid to use for MONTHS but a few weeks ago I used it and it works just fine.
When filling clean water tank, DO NOT FORGET to make sure you pull the handle up so that it snaps into place! If it does not snap into place, water will leak!
That is true, but it hasn't happened to me. Also a tip of info. Don't leave detergent in the detergent container. It will leak. Don't take the detergent container either. If THAT happens, you need a new clean water tank.
The bladder in my neighbors Bissell busted and she had dirty water everywhere!
