That's actually not a Pomeranian, which is much smaller and could never carry a baby chimp (they only stand about 15 inches at the shoulder). That dog is known as an Eskimo Spitz (previously, an American Eskimo Spitz). I know because I had one-- and they're sweet.

The pomeranian (or Zwergspitz) and the american eskimo (or Mittelspitz) are both closely related and are a direct descendant of the Spitz breed. But if you want to get technical, I think it's more like a kleinspitz. I've had one for 3 years now and he looks more like the dog in the video than either the pom or the eskimo, but that's just my humble guess. :)

I call BS! The monkey they're showing is an infant macaque. By the time he was a year and a half old he would've been bigger than the dog.  By the time an infant macaque is six months old it spends most of it's time playing near the mother, not still chronically attached to her. Matter of fact, an infant monkey of nearly any breed would be off and running long before age two. I don't care if the vid is stamped 'uzoouk', something's way fishy with this one.
