ive read the book to this already its about the creation of co&ca and wilhelm coming to power my brothers blood machine is about a completely differnt story (thats the album by prizefighter) this albums story in my opinion the best over all besides good apollo

Prize Fighter Inferno's (solo Sanchez) My Brother's Blood Machine already tells a prequel to the Amory Wars, so maybe, like you said the future, assuming Caudio didn't live up to The Crowing. Maybe Claudio's adventures after No World Tomorrow, assuming he's still alive.

@Jvill421 What other "Coheed & Cambria" album could possibly come out? I'm all for it! But chronologically, it wouldn't make sense 2 have another 1. The story album wise goes: YotBR, TSSTB, IKSoSE:3, GAIBSIV:vol1, GAIBSTIV:vol2. Both the beginning & the end of the story are already here, as well as all the middle pieces lol. The only thing I could see the band doing now, is writing a parallel storyline, events that took place from another character's perspective. IE: chase,sizer,ambellina, etc.

The story of the Amory Wars ( the fictional story about coheed and cambria's music) is over, however, they still will probably make more music, just about a different story or no story at all, Claudio Sanchez has another side project called The Prizefighter Inferno, and if you like coheed, i recomend that

Ive already heard the whole new album (still plan on buying it) and it is definitely one of the best. first time through i was kinda iffy, but it really grows on you... it really isnt anywhere near their roots, but thats fine. they've really grown as musicians and you can tell by how "complete" each song is.. everything is where it should be, ya know? the cd is just fuckin sick IMO

I just heard this whole album. It's better than NWFT, I'll give it that. The first half is solid, from this ("One"0 up to and including "Far". But then it becomes a lot of subpar and unimaginative songs with standard progressions lacking in any harmonies or melodies than stand out. I put it slightly ahead of NWFT but still behind SSTB, GA1, and IKSSE

@psychopomp88 I've heard the whole thing too, and think you're WAY off. This is some of their best work. I cant get over just how intricate and abstract each song is, while still maintaining melody. Sometimes you need to listen from a different perspective instead of taking it at face value.

The reason a bands sound changes from album to album is because bands are made up of people, and people grow and change. Its a concept band, so obviously they are sticking to the same direction musically, the only difference is how each chapter of this story needs to be told.. I love C&C, and while my fav albums are SSTB and then IKS, i found it extremely easy to appreciate NWFT and from fear!! If u wanna hear the same music over and over, then dont listen to the cd! but you'll be missing out!
