Those who say that Morrissey is a has-been obviously have not heard the flawless and emotional live versions of songs like I Have Forgiven Jesus and I'm Not Sorry from Quarry, or songs like The Father Who Must Be Killed from Ringleader (which it seems he's never played live--too controversial?)
