Well, each day. I do 100 pushups, 250 situps, 250 crunches, 16 pound barbell curls (25 reps, 3 sets) leg lifts for 1 minute 10 times, and I run 5 miles.

@Nolansh ha, that is very honest of you. Perhaps you could do a video together with Stiven or challenge him for a (arm) wrestling. Of course you could also ask a weaker friend.
