you need wifi to use iphone tunnel suite. If you dont enter in your wifi address it will give you a error.

I use SSH tunneling with VNC to download files to my iPhone.  You don't need wifi to start a tunnel. Start mobile terminal, open a tunnel to the host, run in background, run VNC client on iPhone, then drag n drop ur shit into ur iPhone!
