  • like the way he does a burp on 47s

  • Awsome

  • Seen him in Manchester too. Good player.

  • @reckonman shut the fuck up lad he's blind ... He's a genious so what if he using backing tracks prick!!

  • AWESOME

  • I`ve known Andy since he was 11 or 12 and used to help him by playing rhythm guitar while he played lead. Smashing fella altogether. As for the dumbo who made the comment that using backing tapes is cheating, well, words almost fail me. Do you expect Andy to play all the instruments himself at the same time? Stupid comment. What happened to the silver Strat, Andy ? Perhaps Lorraine will put a comment on here telling me if you`ve still got it. It was beautiful. Alec

  • He palys nice and smooth :)

    How does he get amplified?

I guess not by alcaline batteries...any idea anyone?

Feel free to pm me to suggest me a good way to get amplified on the road, thnaks in advance :)

  • He loves his whammy bar.

I've seen him in loads of places, normally town but he's in Blackpool, Manchester you name it!

  • I saw this guy in Blackpool on Tuesday 16th June, He looks like Jack Dee only smiling and his guitar playing is very entertaining. He draws and holds a huge crowd too and they were obviously enjoying his talent. Does anybody know his usual haunts?

    5 *****

  • Andy and Toffee live in Manchester and yes he is really blind. Andy is sat here now enjoying a bit of a jam and a few bevvys. The dog is well loved and cared for. Andy is currently single and looking for a bit of TLC himself. Anyone who would like to meet up for a drink sometime, give him a

    call on 07882995158.

  • See him nearly every day in The Pool he's amazing theres also a great reggae player down the road

  • That song went perfectly with the video

  • It would be nice to see more of him on here.

  • Wow this guy used to play in Blackpool Town Centre all the time, brings back good memories (: Not seen him in ages, he's obviously moving up in the world :P

  • THIS GUY ROCKS

  • He has a nice over coat!

  • Saw this guy last week whilst visiting Liverpool, he is so good I found it hard to drag myself away!! All the very best to him and his dog.

  • I always stop and listen to him and ask him to play one of the Shadows songs, he always says "yes". His name is Andy and his dog´s name is Toffee.

  • omg hes fabb x

  • i see this guy nearlyevery saturday and he is great i love the apache its geat

    (i agree poor dog)

  • God, I'd love to be able to sit down and have music like this spill forth from my fingertips, he is amazing...I wish I could see him play. I don't really think anyone needs to feel sorry for his dog. I'm sure he loves "Toffee" and treats him well. Dogs biggest joy is to feel connected to thier humans and to be with them. Toffe gets to be with him every day and I'm sure Andy makes sure he gets his exercise and feeds him well. I don't know either of course, but I'd bet the two have a great love.

  • Used to go and listen to this guy on dinner break! Class!!!!!! Feel sorry for his dog though! lol!

  • This guy is amazing...he plays in Manchester all the time too:)

    Ruth x

  • Saw this guy in town the other day, quality.

  • I always see this man when i'm in town, everytime I walk past I always give im a pound or two. He's a great guitar player.

  • i got that guitar

  • beautiful

  • Is heel goed

  • this fella is a fuckin' inspiration. Years back, he could of really relaxed while performing. Now? He'd have no coins in his guitar case, and I can see a few 'hoodies' runnin' down church street, laughin'...This man is a true star. keep up the good work mate, whoever you may be.

  • no he never he outside sayers williams square every weekend lad new guitar too he rocks give him a reg varney last week

  • jacko/banjo died 2 years ago mate

  • Yeah, it really does not matter if he's blind or not does it? not quite the point...he's fucking great, I love it, if I was there I'd listen ot him for a long time, empty my pockets for him and ask him if he'd like to go have a cup of tea after he was done, this guy has a story to tell. Damn he's putting it out there and it's all good. Love his dog too.

  • Yeah, he's great, but what happened to that fella with the cardboard guitar?

  • He`s on youtube..Jacko the cardboard guitar man Part 2. Hope that helps..

  • what is his name and where is he located in liverpool

  • Brilliant, he is a great guitar player.

  • it is Apache by Hank Marvin for anyone interested what song it is. I'm guessing with the red Stratocaster and perfectly replicated Hank signature sound, he plays all of Hanks stuff.

  • how does he get the dog to not run away ...

  • They wouldn't give an untrained dog to a blind man. It's a seeing eye dog.

  • how does he get the dog to not run away ...

  • OF COURSE HIS BLIND.

  • i see this guy every week.. i could swear he's not blind ;S

amazing guitar player none the less.. but.. i dont think he's blind.. i think its a setup :l

  • this guy is bline he wentto the same visuail impaird and blind school inmanchester called shawgrove and his name is andrew joinson

  • As a blind person myself, I think you need some diversity training, whos care what your opinion is. You should of noticed his talant above all. Just because Andy's eyes dont work, should not detract from the inspiring talant Andy has and also what a gifted dog Toffee must be to also qualify to be a guide dog. All the best to Andy and Toffee.. a true inspiration..

  • I've also found in life that there will always be someone who doesnt have a good word to say and unfortunately there discriminating comments have appeared on this thread. Its also a shame that although the person making the nasty remarks isnt able to use the right grammer, no capital I etc, maybe they should focus on there spelling before deciding whether a person is really blind or not...waste of space.

  • OMG that was amazing

  • brilliant, wot a sound.

  • yes he is blind.

    he is a great player!

  • Is he really blind? A dont believe. He has to see something...

  • wonderfull

  • hey im sure ive seen this guy.

i saw a blind man play amazing riffs at the Isle of Man TT in 2002 or 3 not sure.

Please Please tell me if this if true.

  • Fab!!!

  • nice sound good its nice you play one your one this solo lony and great to
