Comfort said that Richard Dawkins conceived a false version of God to speak out against, aiming to render Dawkins' arguments moot. Yet here, Thunderf00t effectively shows that Comfort has done the same with his erroneous concept of evolution.
Thunderf00t does great in some parts of the argument, but he lacks in others for one simple reason, he's into scientifically debunking religion, not philosophically. Ray was using philosphical arguments, he didn't exactly win but he came close to it a few times. Whenever Ray strolled out of his comfort zone of philosophy into science, thunderf00t demolished him and he doesn't come back to science for another 1 or 2 video parts. It's observable.

Ray, a grown man, fails to see the logic. Even if he rejects evolution, he should still understand the concept. @destructopoo Dogs are an interesting case in point. Genetically, yes they are viable and as such are the same species. Physically however...well, I'd like to see a Maltese trying to mate with a Great Dane. Left their own devices vast swathes of dog breeds are totally incapable of producing mongrel offspring. We're on the brink - the point at which natural interbreeding is impossible has been reached, and it'll be fun to see where things go in the next few hundred years :)

Thunderf00t does great in some parts of the argument, but he lacks in others for one simple reason, he's into scientifically debunking religion, not philosophically. Ray was using philosphical arguments, he didn't exactly win but he came close to it a few times. Whenever Ray strolled out of his comfort zone of philosophy into science, thunderf00t demolished him and he doesn't come back to science for another 1 or 2 video parts. It's observable.

I'm glad to see that Thunderf00t used facts for his arguments, especially with what he could have gotten into with the Big Bang. I love the question about telling between god and the teddy bear.
It reminded me of a strange book i read where a guy dies, and goes to his heaven. There he spends a lot of time not figuring out the things a dead man should be figuring out.
He is brought to god, and finds that god is his old childhood teady bear. He then went on to discover that each person has their own god, and that god is whoever they build them up to be.
It was a strange set of ideas, but I like what these ideas say.
