It would be very cool if the could give you a magikoopa as a partner. They gave you a koopa, a parakoopa, a goomba, a shadow siren, a bob-omb, a boo, a mouser, a cheep-cheep, a yoshi, a little zapper named Watt, a lakitu, a bunch of pixles with different powers, and a wind spirit. Did I miss any? Why don't we get a magikoopa?

@magnegro666 so true this been my game since it came out in 2001 and it came out on my birthday even though I found it frustrating to accomplish the gourmet guy challenge with princess peach otherwise this is a classic... the second 1 not so much and the third was good not beating the first though

Agreed. Paper mario 1 is my favorite game of all time and can never be beaten :) I think the music is what makes this game even more amazing than it already is, every region of the game has a theme that;s composed so beautifully ang appropriately :) I really hope they do release another one that has similar gameplay to the n64 and gamecube...
