There is no way you will ever be able to license and produce a car that swings a 6 foot diameter sword at several thousand rpm. It would be insanely dangerous to other drivers and pedestrians. Get real

No, no, the car that fly between cities with speeds up to 450 km/h is being developed at the moment. The one shown in the video is just a lightweight version that would mainly be used to flying on low altitudes and for short distances.
