All I know is, once you develop physical problems(especially back) it is hard to do any prolonged workouts. Once your back goes your legs follow. I've always kept myself in great physical shape. But aging and little nagging injuries( back shoulders, wrist, neck etc.)make it very difficult to do lots of the stuff he is doing here. I mostly swim now do to herniated disc's in my back. Everybody has problems, but it seems this guy has been fortunate in that way. I'm open 2 any advice Steve . Thanks
that amazing my frined i am 19 years old and did a simply 2 circuit excercise that i nearly heaved all my food out of my stomach but i had a difficult time with the flexibiltiy
Thank you Steve. I´m reading about your age. I´m 49. I was a martial artist and football player. Busy job schedules and stress got me overweight, with HBP. When I looked at your physique, it does inspire me to get back on the right track. Any advice? Thanks.
Steve, in one of your videos you use a push-up board, what is the advantage of a pushup board over push up handles? I am looking for somethig that will not cause pain in my wirst that I get from doing it palms flat. thanks.

This guy is living proof of two things
1. Bodyweight exercises are not solely for endurance
2. Who said that just because you're 50 you can't stay fit?
