Regime from dan kern is better! Their BP is weighed down with moisturizer which is ok but u need the PURE form of BP with no additves. I only use their reparing lotion, when I run out im gettin dan kerns BP treatment. The cleasnor & toner is too much when ur tryn to get clear. Please try the BP from dan Kern at acne dot org! Im soo excited to try his, I know it will burn, ur skin develops a tolerance to BP so u have to keep upping the dose, u will run out of proactive doin it this way!

Love the product but hate the customer service. I'd recommend it to anyone with bad acne, but just be careful. I've heard of some people who got automatic shipments they don't want, and then Proactiv won't refund their money :-( But it did wonders for my skin

Agreed!  Actually 2day I called them bcuz I'd wanted to switch to the extra strength (my skins been going crazy) and a guy I'd spoken with switched my whole kit wrong! I get a 5 piece system every 3 months and somehow he changed it to a 3 piece & not the extra strength one when I was talking to him and I don't know if he was new or what, but he couldn't figure out how to switch it back so he told me he would send the request over, etc, but I kept calling everyday to make sure it got fixed.

I was kinda upset bcuz Id been calling to fix it for days! The lady in cust. service was so nice & apologetic tho! She said she was sending me a travel size extra strength system free that way I could see if I even needed it before I completely switched my kit over and that I could expect it shortly! Awesome!

@SM7474 You can try Murad Acne Complex. It's a lot gentler on your skin than Proactive because its active ingredient is Salicylic Acid rather than Benzoyl Peroxide. The only off putting factor about Murad is that it is prohibitively expensive! If anything, you can go to CVS and pick up their Salicylic Acid face wash and moisturizer. I started using it after I stopped buying Murad and it's working wonders.

I used to use Proactiv. It really works, but it's a little drying for my skin but that's just because I already have dry skin. I stopped using it though because it gets pricey overtime. Glad to see you like it and that you were able to get your package afterall.

@sugarnspicexoxo13 I have never heard anything bad except for that is drys out your skin but you got the 3 step so you probably have the cream. I use proactiv and all my friends use proactiv. I have never had a bad experience and neither have they. I think you should just try it because i dont think you will be disappointed.
