Thank you, Karin, for this excellent concise summary. I just watched a YouTube video in which famous investor Warren Buffett talks about the effect Dale Carnegie had on his life. He says, "I was terrified of public speaking, so I took this Dale Carnegie Course... I actually have the [Dale Carnegie course] diploma in the office. And I don't have my diploma from college. I don't have my diploma from graduate school but I've got my Dale Carnegie diploma there, because it changed my life..."
