Boehner cried big time when they passed the BIG Bailout, or Martial Law. Boehner may drink, but his drinking probably stems from what he knows going on in that CIRCUS in DC. I guarantee you,,,,he is terrified at what he knows, and he has a conscience. Hes freaked out, for I fear what he knows what he won't devulge, but wants to, is so freaking terrible...but in time, we will all know. Crying for the "Children" thought that was took care of with the bailout? NO, its USA' future he fears.
