The claw machines have a resistence box within the machine for every 10 losses the box tells the machine claw to tighten resulting in a win to give hope to the same person or other viewers who try and and would repeatedly lose until the setting is at 10 losses again for this particular machine its probably set to 100 or even 1 thousand losses til a win is produced (enough to actually pay off the actual prize and still make profit)-please thumbs up this to educate and keep others aware of this.

Only with a claw machine there are a number of ways to never get a prize be it due to the claws grip strength being set way to low even for when its time to pay out or due to user error.
