What's more suspicious than the flood itself, it is on how fast it recovered from the flood.

It's possible it's incidental, probable reasons are:

- to defame the Singaporean government for allowing it to happen

- to praise the Singaporean government for fast response

- to defame non-Singaporean government for slow response

- to make a global warning statement

At least they don't blow up anything or kill anyone to make this thing happen.

Many of the rivers of modern cities are now buried underground, whether they're old rivers or new ones.

If one close the flood gate of a river (whether it's overground or underground), something like this will happen.
