Sorry everyone! I should check my messages more often!
1) As far as advice, just train lots of hills. I live in Kansas City and did that, but mountains are a lot different :) There is a short, very steep climb but that one actually isn't too bad - the long about 20 miler is the hard one. I actually got a different cassette which helped! The run is nice and flat - four loops on the road right next to the beach.
2) The song is "Dream Big" by Ryan Shupe and the Rubber Band...
great video. I'm doing 2008 race too. Get yourself to Wayne's bar for the post race guiness. The bike is incredible, i did monaco half last year and you just need to practise hill after hill after hill!
Guinness after....it seems like every place around the area is a pizza place! Lots of little cafes around the hotels. By the time we had showered, called the US, and waited until my stomach felt okay to eat something, we just found what we could that was open - which was a pizza cafe - where I ate a whole pizza! I will tell you that right on the run loop there is a McDonalds and mcDonals serves beer there :) Can't promise how good it is!
Thanks a mil. Will go looking for it on the net..
and go look for some hills too !!!

2. What is name of the song and singer on your video (second song). Its fantastic...

Yeah there's plenty of downhill to get your legs back. Make sure you have plenty to eat and take on extra salt - its gonne be very hot out there
