I was wondering why all the little girls have short hair then it dawned on me that they probably keep it short becuase the care giver probably doesnt have time to do all those pigtails. This is a really good documentary

@brittwit789 it's also a way to prevent lice breakouts. I come form Eastern Europe, and in kindergarten it was mandatory to cut kids hair short if lice was found.

And get some info - lice breakouts have little to do with hygiene - one kid gets it somewhere, and it spreads regardless of how often kids are bathed. That's why you need medical shampoo to kill the lice. And 12 million ppl in US get lice every year, so get off you high horse.
