Oh wow I didn't know Hang Meas made this movie too?
But I know RHM old movies were fairly well done. I mean their acting and songs were good.

heartbreakingly, Tom is taken away and killed under a big tree. Then, Teav found him and killed herself on top of him.

WOw! how sad.... why coudnt they just let them 2 be together.
well it is a story. a tragic one, in which could be fitted very well into real life scenario of ancient khmer tradition. Real life doesn't always end in happy ending. For sum, it makes a tragically good folklore story.
they did met eachother in the clouds above that is, right after she heard tum was killed, she ran to the tree and killed herself, after her husband
