That's the updated 2007 tier list. The biggest difference between the 2005 and 2007 is that Chun over took Yun for first place.

Yang is right outside the top four. He's hardly a low tier character. Recently he's being used more and more in tournaments and people are seeing teh full potential the character has. I'd say Yang is on a par with Makoto.

yang is good, but not as good as makoto. yang cant stun you off one opening. he can put you under offensive pressure, but not the same type as makoto's guess right twice and you're stunned.

Makoto, Ken, Dudley and Yang are tier 2 (high). Ryu is tier 3 (mid). Chun and Yun are top.
