Y'all are doing great! It's so nice to see you both. Mike, you're becoming more talkative ... I like that! Re: caffeine -- I drink a lot of coffee. My NUT says that caffeine does not cause ulcers. My research shows that it doesn't CAUSE ulcers, but it can aggravate an existing ulcer. Safest idea is to avoid it if you can. I, however, am addicted to coffee, and do not like decaf. I'm still taking Prevacid daily, so hopefully it's keeping me ulcer-free. Who knows?

If you like tea but want no sugar or cafeine,try crystal light peach tea. It is awwome.
