Coz if there are sudden emergency announcements, they might not hear the announcements, it might affect the communication/navigational systems in the flight deck during landind and take off.Your Seatbelt has to be fasten during taxiing, for abrupt stop.This is not just Cebu pac regulation it has to be implemented by everybody. Now if you dont experience this during your flight with other airlines, well they're not doing their job.

hey! i just used cebu pacific from laoag to manila. i don't get it, when we were landing this one person was listening to his ipod and they told him to turn it off. why? and why can't you unbuckle ur seatbelt until the plane comes to a full stop?
Cebu Pacific needs to invest in providing passenger with good, decent food not junk foods. And why isn't there a first class or business class section?
of course its a budget aireline anyway good thing the first time i took CEB the fleets are already all new Airbus A320 a nice thing to hear a quiet flight.. and a lmore leg room
The A330 of PAL is waiting for take-off and B747 and A319 of PAL and Cebu Pacific are taxiing for before they take off. A319 & A320 are look a like. To determine if the plane is A320, it is long, but if A319, it is medium long.

I did fly on Cebu Pacific back in 1998. The fare was cheap, but as the saying goes...you get what you pay for. The DC-9's were so old. Now they upgraded their fleets to A319 and A320.

It's only a budget airline and you will get what you pay . Try PAL if you want decent food but you'll have to pay more.
