Also, real FPS games are alot more complex than you think, for example: Quake 3 1v1, besides having insane aim, you must be able to predict your oponnent across the map, timming EVERY IMPORTANT ITEM SPAWN in the whole map in order to get advantage. The competition level is very high world-wide, why would a korean change his game?

I agree with you that for sure somes FPS games needs real skills not only apm but for sure strategy/tactic

i used to play Quake also and rainbow Six (which are the only fps i enjoy)

but what i mean is the fact that you maybe need timing , map control etc but not as much as starcraft and finally u don't need any notions of micro/macro economy if you see what i mean.i think thats why starcraft BW is the only game compared to his age being played that much and stil in big events

@jojokill3r yea i agree, that's why starcraft isn't dead yet, it's an unique strategy game, you can lose even in really early games (and in late games it turns even harder), so you must be aware of everything and also it's really balanced. Of course RTS games takes more thinking than a FPS game, and well, we both played SC and we know how hard it is to master. Starcraft is 70-80% pure mind for macro and multitasking and the rest is just reflex for micro, FPS like quake is 50% mind 50% reflexes
