i could have, but too time consuming and people are only prepaired to pay nominal fee! folk don't appreciate hand made items anymore, they want everything for £20
ANSWER: No because these tips are aftermarket and have a far greater exit area than standard tips thus allowing greater gas flow. this in turn allows partial blocking of the tip and still allow normal flow.

£48 is for 2.25" x 3.5" x 8" round tip
£53 is for 3" x 4" x 9" round tip
if you really wanted a propper job i could make using stainless square bar, by shaping/cutting and grinding i could get the raised 3d effect as in the real thing but will cost £20 more.
