Government created these problems. Why do we have to get insurance through employers? Because the government gives employers subsidies it won't give us. Then we become pre-existing conditions every time we change jobs. Why is insurance so expensive? Because politicians put in all sort of mandates instead of letting us buy the policy that we want and need for our circumstances. I am not crazy about Barrow because his vote for Pelosi enabled this bill, but his vote against it was correct.
