This is seriously a perfect example of Kristi's type of skating. Her whole career was this beautifully logical progression of national, world and finally an Olympic title.

She's definitely one of the most consistent and technically proficient ladies skaters ever, with beautiful artistry to back iti up.

wow Yuna, Mao, Michelle have nothing on Kristi, in terms of her graceful ballerina back, speed, crispness, and sureness. Michelle elegant but slow, Yu Na and Mao erratic. Kristi is supreme, no wonder her reign as a pro lasted 10 years past all the others

i agree with you. this program is a primer on figure skating... the finesse, the speed, the technical ability.. expression is amazing. kristi always had that rock solid consistency and there is no doubt that she will hit her jumps. also noticed the cleanliness of her jumps, correct edge going into them.. well trained. mao skated to this music last season. yuna is on her way to being this polished.

I am a big fan of the choreography! Who did this? Ms. Sandra? My she is a talented choreographer.  She really knows how to make a skaters talent shine. Kristy is soooo versatile and I think working with her would be amazing - she seems like a spunge and so willing to explore different styles and movements! A choreographers DREAM!!!!!!

All 10s!!!!!!!!!! And so well deserved!!!!! A beautiful program. I generally don't like pro comps--the skaters just don't seem as fab as they did as amateurs--but every one of Kristi's are AMAZING!! Some are even better than her amateur! That's a first!!

She absolutely deserved every one of the 10's. Before she turned pro, all it took was 1 or 2 triple jump (the easier triple toe or Salchow) & a double axle to win a ladies pro championship. Kristi definitely raised the bar technically & artistically! She always incorporated the hardest triple jumps (FLIP, LUTZ & LOOP) in her programs, even in non-competitive shows such as Stars on Ice. What a great ambassador of the sport & a class-act! Definitely one of my all time favorites! :)
