Well starting with bottle water completely shut down this practise. Second in costa rica we make Fresco from pulp of fruits so you dont need to buy plastic bottle drinks and if you buy coke buy it from glass bottle funny things is coke is slowly replacing this with huge 500ml plastic bottles and people are adapting american consuming habits. Put big tax on plastic bag with the same money create recycling centers But people in your country are not willing to give up their convience

some time and now only use biodegradable plastic

whenever possible,non degradable I bring to a

recycling plant. I know its only a small step,
