  • The curse of Imhotep didn't actually surface until his next life. Imhotep designed the pyramids, and in his next life, he became obsessed with completing the work of his previous life. Imhotep was peaceful, his reincarnation, Feralthep, was actually really rage filled and cold hearted. He declared the Jews to be condemned and enslaved in the first time in history, and as Pharaoh, he used these slaves to build his glorious pyramid. His obsession with proving his Godliness lead to him... (cont.)

  • @Zarehinvain to being replace as Pharaoh by a mere child, this child is known as "King Tutankhamen.". Years passed, and Feralthep's rage and jealousy grew. The last straw was his beloved wife in preceding lives being married to this pharaoh. Ironically, this lead to him raping her, while she happened to have a rape fetish. So she didn't actually complain. King Tut found out and ordered for his death, so Feralthep in his final act of rage and jealousy snuck up behind him and stabbed him to death.

  • @Zarehinvain Then his wife threatened to tell on Feralthep, so he killed her too.

  • @Zarehinvain How do I know all of this? It's called a curse for a reason.

  • monster, Dracula, Frankenstein, mummy and ghost... wooo im scared about the 30k view only :(

  • excelente tema de una de las mejores voces del power thrash del mundo...

  • what's everybody think??? this vs Powerslave??? ;)

  • imhotep was the architect who built the fitst zooser`s pyramid and he was a main god of medicine

  • it does not get any better then :48-1:20

  • Everyone should embrace all the singers old and new from Iced Earth..after all they are on their 5th now and Stu is amazing, as well was Ripper and Barlow.. they all bring different elements to the table and I'm glad to have liked them all :) long live Iced Earth!!

  • @plagueofpestilence yeah iced earth doesnt choose bad singers, the first one wouldnt work on making his better and they fired him. that shows that iced earth only accepts the best singers they can find. and each is great in his own way, stus is great for the vocal range, ripper has a great voice that reminds me of dio at times, and barlows great because he can put his heart and soul into the song like only some singers can do. and lets be glad they were a part of this great band.

  • good song for one of my favorite movies.

  • Great solo!

  • i will see barlow in 5 days :) and in wacken

  • MIND = BLOWN

  • I knew of Iced earth for years, I'd only really heard Burnt Offerings. Yesterday I checked out some more of their stuff and that's all I've been listening to for over 24 hours straight now. I'm gonna go out and buy as many Iced Earth albums as I can today.

  • @undergirl0714 NO duh of course he is!

  • I fucking love Egyptian themed metal so much. Needs to be more of it, imfo.

  • @deadpisser88 Try a band called Lacuna Coil. Song: "Our Truth" it's awesome.

  • this and Dracula are my favrotie Iced Earth Songs

  • Barlow’s the best, I have nothing against ripper, but to even compare the two is insanity.

  • @C3lt1cL0r3 I agree to a point. Both are excellent but Ripper has a better singing voice than Barlow. However, Barlow suits Iced Earth's style more than Ripper.

  • @bloodguiser No offense to Ripper, he has a great voice and I loved him on The Glorious Burden. But to say he surpasses Barlow as a singer I'm going to have to disagree. Compare Ripper in Judas Priest and Iced Earth to Barlow in Pyramaze (Rise of the Phoenix) or really anything Barlow has done musically, especially the Slave to the Dark trilogy

  • @GenTechJ Barlow is a god, I like the old singer as well. Ripper is amazing, but i just have doubts about him carrying on iced earth's legacy

  • Not live though Barlow's better live!

  • Yup he's good no doubt, but Ripper's better

  • @TheAmeader Ripper may be better in some Ripper's band, but Barlow is Iced Earth's vocal. No Barlow = no genuine Iced Earth

  • @deggial2005 Thats true ripper is better but Matt Barlow is the Voice of Iced Earth, Ripper just kinda kept the spot warm i guess

  • @TheAmeader I definately don't think ripper is a better vocalist.

  • @Shenanigasm TO each his/her own opinion i say

  • i fucking love iced earth and Jon Schaffer in particular, he is Iced Earth, his songs and rhythm playing are just fuking it. The long songs the concept albums, the stories, the thrash riffs, the high pitched screams the acoustic shit.

    What a band.

  • @0oIronMaideno0 Ripper was their highest pitched singer

  • I know, but Barlow still screams high just not as much

  • @karlmoles65 ya should, it would be awsome

  • hmmm nice, and sort of like hypnotic ya know?

  • The vocalist sound like Paul Stanley in some places...actually throughout the whole song. awesome song!

  • Matt Barlow has been described as "Paul Stanley on steroids".

  • This song destroys! Definitely an Iced Earth classic.

  • 0:04-0:08 on the drum track awesome

  • I wanted to make a video of this set to clips from The Mummy. Awesome song.

  • @karlmoles65 that would be kool.

  • @karlmoles65 i was just watching The Mummy 2 (Brendan Frasier), and immediately thought of this song.

  • @karlmoles65 you should and then let me know when it's done

  • ba bam ba bam bam \m/ \m/

  • Bem bem jaajtsaaa

  • i LOVE iced earth soooooooooooo much!

  • this song is fucking insane!

    Awsome ! xD

  • This is an amazing song!!! Iced Earth RULES!!! Barlow RULES!!!
