I crashed into a pole, and the right fender side took al the damage, pretty bad, the floor pan is bent on the passenger side, and the tunnel is a little bent too.
Drill bit might not be dull...looks like the drill speed is way way too high for a steel floor pan...I would have just used self tapping screws driven by my drill...

The bit needs to be sharpened...118 degrees should work well for this application

The bit is dull...unless it's stainless steel that bit should go through like butter at ANY speed.
