@Keruaran I believe and know for 100% fact that the Holy Quran word for word is the word of G-d sent through the Angel Gabriel to Prophet Mohammed pbuh. Although there is a passage in the Holy Quran that states "those of the people of the book (ie Christians and Jews) who do rightous deeds will be admitted into Paradise" I strongly doubt Trinitarians are among them. Trinitarians strongly offend true g-d ( Ehad Adonai Elohai) as is stated in the Holy Quran, they have also offended Jesus and Mary.

If your "word of G-d" does not show accurate comprehension of the Christian doctrine of the trinity (which was well known hundreds of years before Mohammed was born), then it either isn't the "word of G-d" and a fraud or your "G-d" is suffering from Alzheimer's and is simply oblivious to what Christians actually believe.

In response to "thewayofthesalaf"'s comment,  there IS infact reference to the Trinity in the Old Testament. All throughout the OT we see God being described in a plural form. Genesis 1:26- And God said, "Let us make man in our image..." here we see a plural form being used. Also, with the destruction of the Tower of Babel, Genesis 11:7 states "Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language." Both times we see God himself talking about multiple aspects revealing himself.

If you think of Gods wholeness in comparison to an earthly beings wholeness then of course it would never make sense. God is not containable so you can't use your physical rules on God. I Have derived the following questions from your last statement: First If we agree that God is one why the number #3? Why not 4 or 5 or 100000? We agree on one thing (so far). There is nothing like God (so he can not be conceived of like the rest of the creation). Allah (God) says in the Quran (What can be translated as), "Say He is Allah: The One and Only. Allah, The Eternal, Absolute: He Begetteth not, nor is He Begoten: and there is none like unto Him

Note that the word begotten means "give birth to." and also note that "there is none like unto him" means that there is not one thing in the creation that can be compared to him.

Actually this passage instructs the Angels to Worship/Do obeisance to Jesus not humans.

Also Im sure you are aware that the greek word proskuneō can be correctly translated "Worship" or "obeisance".

Jer 10:10 tells us Jehovah is the "living God",

and JW's believe as the Apostle Peter beleived in Matt 16:15-17 That Jesus is "the Christ the SON of The Living God."

I think that it's pretty much suicide to have a debate with a Christian on whether or not the Bible teaches that Jesus is God. James White, despite the several errors he makes in his opening presentation, pretty much won the debate already when he gave numerous New Testament references to back up the textual proof that the Bible does teach the deity of Jesus. However, on the flip side, while James does give a great opening presentation, the errors he makes are deadly if exposed.

Actually, I'm talking about how James tries to go to the Tanakh (Old Testament) to and connect references from there to the New Testament in his attempt to validate Christianity. Christians will use verses from the Book of Isaiah (e.g. 7:14, 9:6, 53:10) as evidence for prophecy of Jesus in the Tanakh. James also makes the error of trying to equate Ego Eimi with YHWH, and I find John 8:58 to especially to be a disaster. The Greek synonyms for YHWH are Kurios (Lord) and Ho On (The Being).

The only verse the talks about the Trinity in the Bible is [1 John 5:7].

"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." [1 John 5:7] (KJV)

This verse, is the only verse in the WHOLE! Bible, clearly talks about the Trinity. You can find this verse in the KJV, but you wont find it in the NASB. Because this verse is fabrication.
