Almost like they thought old dubstep was a few years ago (which can technically be true - dubstep was really a dubplate culture, new songs were quickly old songs. Now, there is popstep. I don't mind popstep's existence, it just means the dubstep scene is getting even more diverse. You could even say there are multiple dubstep scenes now.)

It's different for most of the people I know that are 'dubsteppers'. Young kids, looking for 'the filthy drop'. Whatever, though.

What seems the funniest, to me, is that some of the 'Gs' in my old neighbourhood are really into 'Midnight Request Line'. I would not have expected that.
