I love this song. I loved this band. And I thought that this was one of the best records by any Boston band in this era. Beautifully produced, with a cool theme that flowed through all of the songs and the artwork.
This is one of those songs that periodically gets stuck in my head, but I haven't actually heard it in years. I'm glad to hear that it really is a great, great song and it wasn't just my mind playing tricks on me.
WOW...I am BLOWN AWAY to see this here. Orangutang was band I saw probably 3 dozen times at clubs around Boston in the early 90s...this song is timeless. Love it...thanks!
It feels like the 90s !

I grew up near Boston and this song always reminds me of the free shows at the hatch.. I don't know why. This song is wicked awesome! ;-)

This brings back memories -- I used to play the hell out of the "Rewards Of Cruelty".

I first heard this song on Imago Record's sample disk "Inspected by #6". Loved it and bought DSAB. Still listen to till this day. Timeless quality.

Yeah, great song. Every track on "Rewards of Cruelty" was fantastic... I never understood why these guys didn't sell a million records.

Omgg ; Joe Klompus is my dad's best friend. They worked together for quite a long time. He's a very nice guy. [:
