@SeoulSarah Thank you. I use these as a wake-up alarm. It is an amazingly peaceful way to awaken. And if you want it to wake you up, then you will wake when it begins. Just like in the movie "Inception."

@zen837 Thank you. The echo is an effect that increases the exposure of key phrases so that they are adopted more quickly into our consciousness. It is a subtle trick that seems to increase the effectiveness.  I am glad you like it.

"The Secret" makes it sound as if all you have to do is think about something, and it will happen. Common sense tells us that we have to take action as well. I like affirmations like this that focus on stuff I can do.

Thanks for your comment ciijae. I encourage everyone who likes this song, to consider buying the CD or MP3 album. Imagine how quickly our Internal Dialogues would change if we listened to this every time we got in our car, or rode public transit. Imagine if we listened while sitting at our desks, or in the gym. That dramatic growth can occur more quickly once we own the entire album.
