It is fact that before WW2 (My wife is German and the Court House in her town still show this.) each town had its own night watchmen or police (Like in the US) paid for by the town. In 1942 the last town police officer was replaced by the Federal Controlled Police. It had changed from SA to the SS. It came slowly and sped up as time went.

The more the government steals, the less money in the economy, ie less business, less good jobs. The more they borrow to prop up the failing economy, that causes inflation, making the few dollars you have buy less, again , less goods and services sold , fewer jobs.
Economys are created by people working, starting a businesses, making a profits and hiring workers.

@FenixofWow problem w/ the civilian force is that he left it vague. no details. no specifics. no command structure. i believe it was done this way so the opposition would be given the chance to speculate, as they have. this could be used to discredit his opposition by either not doing it at all, and people would assume the opposition overreacted, or he does create this "force" and gives it layered civilian command structure w/ oversight and by all appearances well needed and respected.

@TheFatzapper the philosophical concept of Truth, what entails truth, relativity, and epistemological implications. When analyzed critically, truth is often not quite so truthful.
I appreciate your advice but I am rather well versed in History. Of course Obama's tactics are not by any means new, and please don't think that I am by any means an Obama supporter, but I also think it's important to point out that Obamanomics are not Socialist or Marxist as he is so rashly charged with.

The fact that you are able to speak openly is a testament to that fact. Yes, Truth whether spelled with a capital T or a lower case truth is the same everywhere you go. The fact that you call into question the 'usefulness' of my knowledge, the seeming subhuman habit of using public computers, and the fact that you're an immigrant seems to imply that conversing with immigrants is of a low nature. What knowledge do you wish for me to grasp in reading the founders of America? I am just as well read in early American government as I am Russian politics as I hold a degree in History (I am not attempting to appeal to arbitrary authority so much as to point out the fact that I am aware of such ideas).
I don't support Obama, I want that clear. But he is no Marxist or Socialist.

Communists, in practice, are far left where The State dictates practices to the industry.

A civilian national security force sounds like militia or an expansion of the military reserves focused on domestic issues. It's like having another FBI or CIA or Secret Service but for the people. I understand the ambiguity, but it's those who have personal biases that will take it into a negative context to support their talking points.
