Good point. The original is subject to your own opinions. It's this show itself that is so horrifying there are no words to explain its awfulness. It's a shame this is even FIlipino considering there ARE good Filipino productions without being rip-offs one way or another. The reason Cecily von Ziegersar was able to write Gossip Girl so well was because she attended an upper-class Manhattan prep school. I highly doubt that the writers of this series have had such experience, and I question the amount of research they have done to pull this off well.
