  • wE want and its belong to us.Because of song orgine is redskin and they are turk.

We killed 2 million armenian while they screaming and dont encrease to our scores.

University s cumbags,if you would be here how we insert to you ,try to imagine soft

    fairies . . . .

  • WTF?

  • LOUD NOICES!!!!

  • Is angelo trying to say soccor is taking over america???!!!! Cuz if he is, than he can shut his fucking mouth up and come back and comment me when he gets his facts right. America will NEVER be a country where soccor is the #1 sport u idiot.

  • You Yanks are impressed very easy! You should see the Galatasaray fans do it, it will blow your brains!

  • If you really want us to shut up. Tell us the origins of your bastardized versions. Time and time again, I've taken flaming trash just like you and hurled it off the front porch and back to digging ditches where you belong.

Do you know how? Because I, like many others, can trace FSU's warchant back to the 80's and it's origins back to the early 60's.

Yes, others have used it, but they've ALL BEEN TRACED BACK TO FSU. The Atlanta Braves used it to welcome FSU alumni Deion Sanders.

  • The Kansas City Chiefs started using it when they heard it from a band that was conducted by an FSU alumni. Mel Brooks used it the movie Robin Hood: Men in Tights; that movie was produced in 1993 and we won a national championship that year...hmmmm.

  • I dont give a flying fuck who started it, the turks do it better.

  • So now I pose the same challenge I've posed to every single gala...not even...every single european soccer fan out there. Show me legitimate evidence that you created the war chant independently or before us. Until you can do that, you have no right to criticize how we do OUR CHANT.

Now be nice and make those royalty checks out the Florida State University College of Music.

  • I dont care who done it first, the Turks do it better

  • It's more like the Marching Chiefs - THE largest collegiate marching band in the world. They are comprised of FSU students with majors ranging from art to chemical engineering.

    One little thing?

Do you fans a favor and buy their CD's. Then you'll be able to play the REAL Warchant through YOUR PA SYSTEM. Why not play our fight song while you are at it. The Hymn to the Garnet and Gold is nice too.

    Your rebuttal?

  • the Galatasaray version is just a lame thing they do before matches. im not even a fan of theirs and im not turkish. And if you watch or attend a match from there, you know that thats not the only thing they sing. There are many "bands" in soccer supporters. mostly in Brasil, Argentina, and Mexico where they have "Torcidas" and "Barra Bravas". they make cd's but they play along with the fans with chants...we got enough songs to take care of sorry :(

  • They have bands? I thought they couldn't because they were afraid this would happen.

  • They have a CD showcasing their 2007 repertoire as well.

  • what the fuck. this is an fsu video and your talkin shit about america. shut the fuck up bruh.

  • angelo1405 your a bitch get your lips off your mamas tit and come over here to any major American collegiate football program and run your mouth! Your a typical jealous little ignorant European! Dont forget that the USA bailed europe out of a being taken over twice by germany! HAHA we have to come on your land and defend!

    EUROPE=LAND OF THE BITCHES

  • great......cuz im a New Yorker. LMFAO. my opinion is something you "traditional" republicans will have to get used to. immigrants, #1 sport for kids, and new fans being converted everyday ( i dont mean MLS, im "talkin bout" the US National Team and the European leagues)..but go ahead, feel threatened by the rise of a sport created centuries ago, its not like anyone cares right ?

  • Yea Yea Yea People said the same thing 35 years ago and what has happened!i dont feel threatened at all! Because where i live the only time soccer is played is in 3rd grade in P.E. class! Soccer might take the rest of the country over but it wont take over the south i gurantee u that, NASCAR, College football, and pickup baseball is intertwined in southern culture and it cant be unintertwined! So keep telling me this and i will keep not caring!

  • We're still waiting for that explanation.

  • the FSU war chant is and actual Seminole, Cherokee, and Choctaw war chant that was used for centuries (way before the white man can to this land) as an intimidation factor for their enemies....as i understand Choctaw, Cherokee, and Seminoles are native to the southeastern untied states! Not TURKEY-LMAO FUCKING STUPID EURO TRASH

  • FSU is has the most bad ass chant ever!!!!!!!!!!

  • fuck tech, if ure talking about georgia tech than u cant talk at all, georgia owns u guys and u know it, shit we own u 2 and so does every other school in the nation. go fsu, fuck uf and miami. fear the spear!!!

  • wow tech beat us when we had OUR 3 STRING QB in... and they barely did it. they just ran it up at the end.. if we had weatherford or lee in we woulda of won that game... enjoy it while it last cause that was ur first in A LONG ASS TIME... watch out beamer FSU is on fire..dont burn yourself

  • booooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • im a penn state fan but that was awesome

  • Tech does it better

  • HAHA...So True

  • awesome, I love fsu

  • 'First, the Galatasary website calls this anthem "War Chant of Indians". Maybe we find the hard hitting nature of our sport to be better than the really long and scoreless games of soccer. '

Haha, hard hitting? Learn to play Rugby mate..

  • We did play rugby before football. As a matter of fact, the western part of the country preferred it until pads were incorporated to lessen injuries and death and the incorporation of the forward pass.

  • The argument of 'hard hitting' is also redundant because the fundamentals of American football and rugby are different.

Rugby players are not allowed to block and their their tackles usually amount to mere take downs, since they must be mindful of self preservation.

  • Blocking in football, on the other hand, is essential to clear a path for the ball carrier. It is risky to lateral as the ball is ruled down and the play is whistled dead whenever any part of a player's body from the knee on up, with the exception of the hands.

  • Case and point: watch?v=pvPumoZFpl4

Number 28 in white is the ball carrier. Watch how the rest of the team blocks to give him forward progression. You don't get that in rugby.

  • The pads in football, for the most part, take the worries of self preservation out of the game. The result is harder hits with reckless abandon.

    watch?v=d4bL4ayON-A

Without pads, the player in garnet would probably have been out for the rest of the season with a broken shoulder and one in white would have gotten off with more than just 2 days in intensive care for internal bleeding.

  • Hehe. Throwed the book at me there.

Seems I spoke a bit out of place. Sorry. Was a bit pissed off at Americans using racism in a galatasaray topic (one that featured a chant like this). God knows how I ended up here... :D

Although the second to last comment. In rugby you do get blocking called 'ruck and maul'. Basically a bunch of men jumping into each other in a attempt to keep the ball on their side.

Once again sorry. Amazing what a bit of anger can do to ya :)

  • watch please

    watch?v=Rv7kxLxtoIY

  • Yes, we know you stole it. Move along.

  • this isnt on a very big play, and its so far away from the band >_>

stand near the chiefs, and the stands will shake baby

  • Your Fans suck

    PENN STATE FOREVER

  • I took this at Doak Campbell stadium in Tallahassee. Home game for FSU.

  • I believe this is the CU vs FSU game, and mistakenly this guy is sitting on the opposite end from where the band is. I know this because a friend of mine is in the CU band, and they were NOT that far from the FSU band. I'm sure it was a helluva lot louder on the other end.

    ; )

  • I think this is from the CU vs FSU game, because on the other end it's a sea of orange(which I know Florida's colors are Orange and blue)but for the most part they have a solid blue jersey and orange or a white jersey(unless it's changed).

  • wow watch rocky top it kicks that fan supports ass

no offense. LOL. FSU is usually way CRAZIER and loud it seems to me thatthat wasnt a FSU UF game

  • Message me documented evidence that proves that you started the chant. Otherwise, you have no case.

  • First, the Galatasary website calls this anthem "War Chant of Indians". Maybe we find the hard hitting nature of our sport to be better than the really long and scoreless games of soccer.

  • galatasarayyyyyy we are the bestt

  • WE are the original. The chant dates back to the 1984 game between the Florida State University and the University of Auburn and was derived from the popular Seminole tune "Massacre." The chant evolved into the memorable tune it is today, and has been copied by several ball clubs including the Atlanta Braves, the Kansas City Chiefs, and YOUR soccer club.

  • Yeah, not good. PERFECT!

  • nOT gOod :S
