If ifs and buts were candy and nuts. Ducks got killed and humiliated. Then their star player turned out to be a thug. I don't hate the ducks, in fact I try to like them......I try so damn hard, but they wont let me. Cause they are (short of Notre Dame) the most over rated team in college ball. Except they are number 5 now. So that kinda kills my argument.
they beat whos in front of them and they beat WHO THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BEAT!! unlike 90% of the teams in the ncaa they cant get teams to play them because teams wont schedule them for home and homes the sec, big 12, big 10 all decline the pac 10 is the only conference that will play them i live in the NW and its in the paper all the time even SC declined to play them.
think about that...only 3 games are on year yet every play is badass and there are 10 minutes of em. had we played like that all year, there could have been a national title!
but there was still that future NFL probowl defense at USC..but 12-1 wouldn't have been bad!
