Next step--volunteer to be the attacker in one of those self defense courses with padded attackers. :-) I took one once and we got to talk to the guys on the last day (those that wanted to, that is). They said it was really interesting how they couldn't hardly feel anything the first day but by the end, even in padding, they were like "Damn...that kinda hurt..." LOL
I work for Canada Post and never got that training.... I could definately use that suit some days!!!
