  • Im pretty sure this is the metro gnome in the making.... same color and instrument panal

  • lol geo metro sounds like a f1 racer XD

  • All show, no go... nice sound though

  • It really isn't that bad to break with your engine as long as you don't go in first gear with it just take it down to second and you'll be fine in fact it is good to break with your engine because it gets all of the carbon off.

  • Should have done a 1000cc motor. It doesn't seem like this has enough torque.

  • "NOW THIS IS WHAT ITS LIKE WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE!!!!!!!"

  • Is it fwd or rwd?

  • PERFECT song!

  • I honestly wouldn't mind driving that haha

  • Looks slow.

  • worlds fastest metro right there

  • Someone should do a geo 4G63 swap, that would be dope as fuck.

  • why would you brake with the engine? brakes are cheaper to replace. pretty stupid of you.

  • @arthurx333 Why would not read the video description and understand this is not my car. pretty stupid of you.

  • @LLJKotaru why would you take it personal if youre not the owner? relax

  • @LLJKotaru you still think its ok which makes you stupid as the guy who owns the car

  • @arthurx333

Sure, whatever floats your boat. :)

  • @arthurx333 breaking with the engine isn't a bad thing. Ever hear of warped rotors? Know what causes that? You have obviously never owned a car for more than 100,000 miles. Glad I'm not paying for YOUR breaks? LOL

  • @arthurx333 Actually, I just cut a hole in the floor of my geo and I use my sneakers ;)

  • @arthurx333 Braking with the engine is not "stupid." It causes no damage to the engine and saves brakes. That is the most ignorant comment I have read in a long time. Large trucks brake with their engine primarily, to prevent their brakes from overheating and failing, because it doesnt hurt the engine. You are "stupid" for thinking you know it all.

  • @MrAjhill80 wears out the pistons rod camshaft springs retainers transmisson gears clutch driveshaft basically the WHOLE drivetrain but mainly the rod bearing, were not talking about big rigs here,18 wheelers have engine braking so they dont kill their brakes in one downhill run,but guess what, after a while the engine braking wears off and gotta rebuild which costs thousands instead of hundreds 4 the brake pads and rotors.and i never said i know it all you pulled that out of your ass

  • @MrAjhill80 if you keep your car in gear while slowing down, it will not DRASTICALLY kill your drivetrain but this video shows the guy doing it at high rpm which bends the rod, not counting the clutch hes burning from not rev matching the gears but just releasing the clutch. who are you anyway you havent said one logical sentence about this subject you should at least do some research before you keyboard badass the internet and argue with a mechanic of 22 year experience

  • @MrAjhill80 if you never rebuilt an engine what are you doing arguing

  • its a weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeemobile

  • I like. Reverse must be a bitch.

  • Stop engine braking!!!! You're gonna burn through that swap in no time.

  • why not just slap a sr20 or k20 in there? it'd fit.

  • if that was a newer 600 you could turbo it and put about 200 hp out of that motor, then gear it for more torque, you'd have a a super geo

  • lol! no room for the hood, metro's are such jokes. I likey :)

  • sorry i pushed the post button 3 times

  • Hard to tell without any real data but with a gutted interior and considering the 96-2005 cb600s were about 100bhp thats a bit of a leap from the stock 1.0L metro's 49bhp. Still would be pretty fun to track since thats what it was built for.

  • @LLJKotaru how much did that cost u do do that swap

  • @abflug7587

    I didn't do the swap.

  • This swap is dumb. Its just as slow as the stock engine

  • @mcc78405 actually the stock engine is better, this engine is only meant to be on motorcycle weight

  • @ironflywheel I know which makes this swap dumb

  • @mcc78405 it sounds fast but its not. i would know the stock is faster, i own one of these cars. so yea its a little dumb, but you gotta agree it was creative i actually planed on doing this.

  • hell ya that shit is bad

  • I'm just glad this lunatic doesn't live nextdoor to me.

  • Does it have "reverse"?

  • Should've kept the same displacement andbought anR1 or Gixxer 1000cc engine.

  • wat bike is the engine from, put a busa engine in it and a turbo to it, youll keep up to ferraris

  • I wonder what the top speed for that geo metro is?

  • @deveous9 about 85ish

  • yeah thats not gonna last long need a 1000CC

  • I wonder how good it does on gas with only a 600cc insted of the 999cc engen it comes with. I want it

  • @formyfriends01 Not very considering it revs all the way to like 13 grand.

  • they swaped it to RWD then sold it.

  • shoulda put a hayabusa engine in that bitch

  • So it goes faster without a hood or dashboard? THROW OUT THE SPIKE STRIPS, THROW OUT THE SPIKE STRIPS!

  • @Stromatolite577

yes, for every 100lbs you lose... you gain 1/10 of a second accel time... and your horse power per ton goes up... there is a reason race cars dont have a/c, dashboards, and passenger seats. A stripped down car puts alot less weight on the engine/tranny therefor allowing it to accelerate faster, brake easier, and corner harder.

I call it broke-speed... you can cut your 1/4mile time by 2 full seconds if you strip a wrx down to bare metal.
