  • @A7Xfan22crp cant you read? I have said where I work

  • sweet mustache

  • @cheslavqweasd thanks I grew it myself! lol

  • @nunyabusiness3 you should grow some sideburns to go with it. Hope one day I will be able to have 1 like that too ;D!

  • @likeomgutube because not everyone is muscle headed dillhole like you. and read my post about working at the animal shelter. you wouldn't last a day there physically. If you didn't need the help this video is about then why would you take the time to watch it? Like I said, muscles to the gill- dumb as a rock.

  • I only put this up as a helpful how to, I do not use this method as I do not have to. I work at an animal shelter and get all the exercise i need lifting, pulling stretching, pushing, carrying.

Those of you who think they are men, go work at an animal shelter- most people don't -can't make it past a few days.

when I mean go work at an animal shelter I mean, go walk 30 dogs a day, 3 times a day, 5 days in a row. Plus other lifting and carrying.

  • Thank you! This way i dont have to waste alot of money.

  • I would've never thought of this before now. THaNKS for sharing!(:

  • @domtar101 I don't "work out" per se, but let me tell you where I work, I get way more than enough exercise. I am not big but well-defined. Don't believe me- go work at your local animal shelter for a week, you wouldn't be able to handle it.

  • cool man.. thanks for sharing!!

  • I do kind of sound like forrest gump hahaha

  • @nunyabusiness3

theres a probem with this dude, water is very light, even if that bottle takes 4 litres, then due to the fact 1 litre = 1kg it would only weight 4kg and that weight is too light to use as anything in a workout:

  • @123macquade123 Mix sand and water

  • @123macquade123 no you can still use this weight. You would only use larger weights to build muscle, you can be strong and not have large muscles. Big is clumsy, takes more energy to power bigger muscles.

  • dude, that guy sounds like forrest gump but i like the idea, thought

  • hay you can help me out by commeting on my vids subcribing and rating.

and btw i love youre videos.

  • @domtar101 lol

  • bro, that's like a kettle bell..... pour a concrete mix in that container. I'd add on to the handle like he said.

  • or u could freeze it

  • Yes, you could. My freezer isn't very big so I can't do it. It would be okay now that it's cold but once it warms up it just wouldn't work.

I don't know much about physics- but wouldn't the water even frozen , be roughly the same weight?

  • @nunyabusiness3 yes it would be the same weight

  • @nunyabusiness3 it's EXACTLY the same weight! I failed physycs but i googled it :P

  • @nunyabusiness3 lmao duh, it wouldnt even weigh that much either way, its like 2 pounds

  • @felix200100 Someone was saying to freeze it, that was my reply duh!

  • Read - uli903 - "or you could freeze it"

  • @nunyabusiness3 yeah i read it when i wrote the other comment, the dudes a mother fucking retard prolly

  • @uli903 Wow you are dumb, you can't create mass by freezing anything. It's called law of conservation of mass.
