@yuyusuck Yeah... I'm in south phoenix... One of worst areas in America for auto theft. You have to catch them in the act. My sister spotted a man driving my stolen truck called police. Police told me the man "said" he bought the truck of a stranger for 100$ so he was not charged with auto theft. Just recieving stolen property, which is only a 250$ fine... Also, i caught a man trying to break into my truck, when police showed up no charges because he wasnt in my truck, yet...
