When you showed the clip of james biting her hand, he was actually just sniffing the blood that was already on her hand. She had gotten thrown into the mirror and was bleeding. he smells it, she pulls it away, then he bites her on the arm. Sorry iDonlyssab but Bella was complaining saying her hand was on fire and freaking out before Carlisle says, its the venom edward. so the mark is from james, only bitten once, and edward did not bite her =]
